Breakfast was cold cereal. Viewed three church services. Checked in on Trump's CPAC 2021 Speech. Alden picked me up at 2:00 pm to spend time with his family. We played hand and foot and had dinner. I met Josh's girl friend Savanna. She was very interested in playing hand and foot also.

I put some on my walker to take to the trash and to walk around.. I am cleaning out the boys toy box so I can put blankets in the toy box. while doing this job I noticed water on the floor in the sun room so we will try to find out where it is coming from. Lunch was left over from Denny's. Afternoon snack was yogurt and evening meal was peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
This morning was 39 deg. when I got up. Breakfast was cold cereal and banana. check emails. Went for a walk with the walker. Time for Bible reading. Alden called to inform me he will come at noon to bring the pain medication, I made him a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. Then we played hand and foot. We went to Denny's for evening meal. Spend time with Alden and he left about 8:15 pm.

Starting with Isaiah and making my few notes and typed on My Documents. Lunch was sweet potato, broccoli and fish sticks. A short nap then yogurt with strawberries. Evening meal was home made soup. News and game shows and Sudoku.
Up at 6:00 am start first load of washing. Changed my bedding. temp. was 39 deg. Breakfast was cheerios and banana. Bible reading and prayer time. Lunch was baked beans and 2 meat balls. I called Elite to report we need the water on as the plants are very dry. Checking computer and a few computer games. Snack was chocolate bark from Costco. I did some sewing. Up this morning at 5:15 am for shower and get ready for trip to SCRIPPS for my MRI. In the tunnel for 25 min. It was very painful as I could not extend my left leg out. Next we went to get gas at CostCo. Then it was to Denny's for breakfast. Good they were open indoors. Alden brought me home and he was off to Wal-Mart and CostCo for groceries. While I did my Bible reading and prayer time. Afternoon was spent playing "Hand and Foot" My score was down in the cellar. Alden checked the computer and used my recliner. We went to Denny's for dinner as all other restaurants were closed. Received the results of my MRI, quite confusing for me. I will check some of the terms on the internet. Still the arthritis is very much present. The Dr. wants me to let her know if I would like to have a epidural but there is no need for that as in year 2016 I had two injections and neither helped me any. Alden is going to check on CBD which is advertised. I am so glad to have Alden help me, He is great.

It was so expensive and after a year the coating for sun protection was coming off. So after four years we went back to LensCrafters. We got home at 1:00 pm and had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich.
