Alden went back to teach today and he will be teaching every day this week. This afternoon after the painter left we checked and it sure looks nice but I guess he will do another coat. The ceiling is white and the walls is a light gray which really blends in with the counter tops and bathroom tile. We are still eating left overs from the party.
Breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. Checked computer. Sliced oranges, folded napkins. Lunch was fruit and a cookie. I had a nap. Alden has no school until the last of July so he went to play gulf. I did bible reading. My evening meal was chop suey and a roll.
Breakfast was a donut, strawberries, blueberries and coffee. I viewed teo church serviced. Lunch was a salad & a cookie. Afternoon was a long nap, then a walk outside to visit Socks. We might play cards latter on.
After shower and medication on my knee I made my bed and had my breakfast. There was already people preparing for the baby shower. There was about 30 to 40 attending. It was set up very pretty. I was not able to take many pictures as my camera only lasts for about two hours or less. I can not put pictures on my computer that were sent to me by Gina or Alden. I guess my camera thing is going to die.
Up at 7:00 am and apply medication to my knee, make bed while it dries. Made my way to the kitchen and Alden, Paige and Josh were at work. I had the usual breakfast. Lunch was a burrito and grapes. Latter I had coffee as Alden usually has coffee for me so I waited for Gina to make it. Check my computer for emails and blogs. Not too much work in garage as they will come for this weekend as the back yard will be used for the baby shower. When Alden came he and I went to the back yard and I visited Socks and the two dogs while Alden was cleaning up things in the back yard later on Matt came to help. It is getting chilly out. I like it chilly but my knee and back don't like it.
Up this morning breakfast was the same. There was several workers here. Alden, Paige and Josh were all at work. Lunch was grapes and 2 strawberries and piece of sweet roll. This evening I went out to check the back yard and see Socks and of course the dogs. Then we were to the front yard also.
This morning I was in the kitchen for breakfast at 9:00 am. It was the same breakfast as usual. I checked email. Then clearing out papers from my file and my safe. Make sure that nothing was tossed which I need and clearing and changing things. Lunch was fresh fruit and a raisin cookie which Gina just made. Trying to update OPM as they are putting a new security on to get into it. I will need some help to do it. As it was before there were many security things to go through. Evening meal was rice, sweet potato and beef. I had time with Socks also.
Up this morning and to the kitchen, I had cold cereal, banana and coffee. Checked email then I joined McKenna and Gina out in the back yard. Nick was here finishing up some of the electric things. Alden went to school which he likes but I guess this is his last week until school starts again. Alden and Josh worked on Josh's car. McKenna and Gina took me for grocery shopping, I used the wheel chair. Was nice to get out.
Up at 7:00, room in order, apply medication and rest in my recliner until 9:00 then to kitchen for cold cereal and coffee. Bible reading. Checking on-line for a area rug for my room. Lunch was pizza, then Alden Gina and I played hand and foot, finally I was the winner.. Evening meal was spaghetti , carrots and toast. We went out to see the progress and visit Socks. I should have taken pictures. Gina made chocolate chip cookies.
Up this morning, when I went to the kitchen there was Alden making breakfast of eggs over easy, bacon toast and jelly and coffee. He is a great cook. When other people showed up they had a feast. About a week ago Alden injured his big toe, so today he dropped a brick on the same toe. Today was every one help yourself to the food, they painted the primer on the walls as the cabinets are to be installed Monday. I Watched the church services on the TV. I am so happy to be able to watch these services.
Yes they finished the texture on the wall board. Next week they will put the kitchen cabinets.in, When I got to the kitchen for my breakfast Alden helped me to get my breakfast as the workers were in the kitchen. McKenna came over and she passed the test to be a nurse so now she will be working as a nurse. Alden was working in the big shed all afternoon. Evening meal was sweet potato. sausage and brussles sprouts.
Yes and he is doing good as Ethel and Ida depend on him. I was to the kitchen at 8:45 for the same breakfast which I always prepare my own breakfast and left overs for lunch. Some one of the family prepares the evening meal. Today after Alden came home we all checked the progress of the new unit which is going well. Our evening meal was hot dogs on a bun with meat sauce and cheese. Then we played hand and foot. Hailey and Gina were the winners next was Alden and Matt and Paige and I were big losers. I received the Sale papers this evening.
When I got to the kitchen for my breakfast the guys were busy in the garage as the door to the garage was taken down, they were taping and spreading the mud also they put some of the outside finish where the big garage door was. They are hoping to be ready for the prime coat this week end which Alden's family will be doing. I peeled oranges to snack on. Gina and I played hand and foot, Gina the winner. This evening Alden joined us and Gina won again.
This morning breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. Gina gave me a job to make a menu for each day and start a grocery list. Tonight I made cauliflower with cream of mushroom soup and cheese, we had chicken strips and rice. Gina, Alden and I played hand and foot Gina was the winner.
After morning shower and medication applied bed made. I went to the kitchen for breakfast of coffee, cold cereal and 1/2 banana. I changed the water of the roses then I went outside and found Gina, Hailey and Matt sitting in the sun so I went to see Socks where it was in the shade. No workers today ran out of drywall. Lunch was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich shared with Hailey. Ethel called and Ida's husband Charlie had a heart attack so he is in the hospital.
After breakfast I went to see Socks and watch what was going on while they installed the drywall. Dennis came to pick up all the keys for 7-Oaks property. Gina unloaded many boxes of things. I had left overs for lunch. I did reading and had a nap. Evening meal was rice, fish sticks and broccoli. I took another trip to see Socks again and Cash made his way to see Socks and Socks made one mew and Cash really turned around and left. I guess Socks gave him a swat one time.

I got up early to apply the medication, make my bed and then a rest in my recliner. At 10:30 am the guys set up the table in the backyard. The girls and Alden prepared the food. Paige went to get the beautiful roses. It was a great family celebration, just a few clouds in the sky. Here is a few pictures.
We just finished playing hand and foot. Gina and I won against Alden and Paige. Very close game until the last we pulled through. It was real hot today in the back yard, almost 100 deg. but inside it was 76.
This morning McKenna came and we had breakfast together, cold cereal strawberries and coffee. At about noon McKenna and I went to the airport to pick up Gina, we went to Tom Hams and Alden came from school and we had lunch there. They have remodeled with a area outside where we ate. It was a great time together.
This morning same breakfast. AC man came today. The guys install insulation. Unloaded the dry wall. Hailey came at noon.. I did some organizing of my things. I did Bible reading this afternoon. Alden and I went to have Mexican food. When we came home I went to the big shed to see Socks and check the back yard.
It seems cooler today. Breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. The workers are still here. Alden went to school also Hailey came at noon and I had to give more paper work for the escrow. I had leftovers for lunch and Alden made squash, chicken and ice cream for evening meal. I did some games on the computer.
Yes it is nice to have Alden here, he and Josh did a great job of cleaning the back yard. Nick had Alden show him where the outlets should be. Breakfast was the same thing as usual. I removed the glass from some pictures which I painted, I just wish I had finished them, they are oil paintings, but Alden said I should keep them. I did that at 7-Oaks where other people left oil paints. This afternoon I took a walk in the back yard and went to the big storage to see Socks. Alden fixed our evening meal with left overs. He is now trying to put things away in the big shed. When you think of so many people bringing their belongings to one address, it's amazing.
Yes so he can make decisions for plug-ins and lights as the wallboard will be coming next. It looks great. My breakfast I ate in my room at about 11:00 am. Hailey came and we went and the workers said they are one week ahead but have other projects which they need to get to soon. My afternoon snack was left over Panda Exp. Evening a piece of apple pie.
Yes today is Mother's day and we will celebrate it next Sunday when Gina is here. I had a late breakfast this morning. We had Panda Express for our meal at 3:00 pm. It is always so good. Then I viewed David Jeremiah from Shadow Mountain. I just now had a piece of apple pie.
This morning I really went to sleep in my recliner and I didn't get to the kitchen until 10:30 am. Alden was helping Nick with the project. I had cold cereal banana and coffee. So I didn't have any lunch. I soaked my feet and Alden cut my toenails. Evening meal was a great salad and peach pie. Alden and I played hand and foot and he won.
This morning I got up at 7:00 am to do my medication and make my bed then I went yo my recliner and had a nap until 9:00 am. When I went to the kitchen McKenna was here. Breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. I took off my hear aids as they were making a lot of noise in the garage. Next they will take down the door between the kitchen and the garage. They got the studs up for the bathroom. It is going to be a real nice unit when finished. The Notary came for me to sign all papers. I will probably receive the funds Monday or Tuesday.
It is good to have Alden home, he is helping Nick the guy doing most of the work in the garage and I is like the movie they came across a snag which took time to solve. This afternoon the neighbor came over with food which was (apple pie, peach pie, 2 pkg. of pulled pork, 2 containers coleslaw, 2 containers of beans and buns.) I will show a picture. what a great neighbor. Alden toured me of the activity today and we went to the Large Shed to greet Socks. Then I had a sample of all this good food.
This morning it was the same usual applying medication then get dressed and make my bed while the med. dries. I go for breakfast which was cold cereal, banana and coffee. I really didn't do much. After Alden came home I took a tour of what happened today. Alden will not teach tomorrow as he is going to help with things to be done here. He received a call from the escrow of things they need for the closing of the escrow. Dinner was a burrito.
I had cold cereal with banana and coffee' After putting the dishes away from the dishwasher I worked on the puzzle which McKenna started and I finished it at 1:00 pm. My lunch was cheese on a tortilla and yogurt. There was a lot of things going on in the garage today. I cannot take any pictures as my camera died. It is that one that was used in Taiwan and China so I guess it needs to go to the trash. Alden and I had a green salad and a Apple turnover for our evening meal.
Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee. McKenna and Andrew were here over night. McKenna and I spent most of the day to put a puzzle together. Lunch was tuna salad and a pizza roll. Alden made dinner which was chicken and potato and ice cream.
This morning I had cold cereal and coffee for breakfast. The family got started on the big job to clean up the back yard. I took some pictures but I cannot down load them to my pictures, maybe I need a new camera. I got one picture on the computer then I get a message "something went wrong". Matt and Hailey brought pizza at 2:00 pm and every one was soo hungry after working so hard. They got most things in the two storage units. Most every one took a time in the Jacuzzi.
