Breakfast was cream of wheat with banana and raisins and coffee. I went to my recliner to read Guideposts. Lunch was a sandwich and cottage cheese. I put all of my medications in containers for another four weeks. Checked internet and computer things. Evening meal was a hamburger made by Josh.
Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee. McKenna came to put my socks on. I was checking for my Medical for 2024, it looks like I have to change doctor. I have to check a few things with Alden's help. I finished sewing the pillowcases. The picture shows the small pillows that I made the right size one for between my legs and one to hug at night. Lunch was broccoli soup. Evening meal was pasta, beets and chocolate pudding. The girls are having time together with dinner and a movie in the living room there is about six girls tonight, it is nice now that they changed the furniture. I just stay in my room and McKenna brought my dinner to my room. I did my bible reading and notes.
Up at 7:45 and breakfast at 9:15 which was cold cereal and coffee. I went to my recliner to wait for McKenna to put my compression socks on, but she overslept this morning and she came at about noon. I thought she might have labor pains but not yet. We are hoping that will not happen until Alden and Gina return which is maybe Oct. 2. So I kept my feet up reading and sewing by hand as we do not have a sewing machine. I made two small pillows and I am making pillow cases for them, using Ethel's pillow cases. Evening meal was a soft taco from Taco Bell and some grapes. I did my Bible reading and notes also.
Breakfast was cold cereal with banana and coffee. I got things ready for a shower. McKenna came and she cut my hair even she said she only cuts Andrew's hair. I think she did good and it feels good, then it was shower time. Lunch was three taquitos with cheese dip and grapes. Afternoon was computer games and puzzles, bible reading with notes. Had a short nap. Evening meal was broccoli soup made by McKenna, it was so good and ice cream. Here is my hair cut and some puzzles which I put together.

McKenna made two eggs over easy on toast and orange slices for lunch. I did my computer things including games and puzzles. Had a good afternoon nap. Evening meal was made by McKenna which was chicken, homemade sweet potato fris and beets then ice cream for desert.
Breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. Back to my room and in my recliner reading the Decision. McKenna came after taking Alden and Gina to the airport and to her Dr. appointment. We had a discussion of the Maui fire as The Mannings were in Maui about two weeks before the fire started. There was a story in the Decision about the fire. Lunch was chicken pot pie and grapes. I went back to the recliner to read more and a short nap. Evening meal was pizza and grapes. I watched Mckenna and Page put together the bed for Emma Rose which will go next to their bed. McKenna, Paige and I played Hand and Foot and I was the winner. Then I finished my yogurt.
Breakfast was oatmeal with raisins, banana and coffee. I watched the service from 1st Baptist Dallas Texas with Robert Jeffress. I went to my room to do my Bible reading and notes. Lunch was a sandwich made by Alden with chips. I had a afternoon nap and computer games. Evening meal was chicken, rice and beans with yogurt for dessert. Alden and Gina are getting ready to go to Kansas for a week.
Breakfast was cold cereal banana and coffee. When I came to the kitchen for breakfast, what I saw, check the pictures of the Living room and Family room. The family was busy last night. Today Alden took things to Goodwill which are in the background of the living room picture. Later on they plan to give that green couch to Goodwill. I did Bible reading and notes. Had a nap. Evening meal was hotdog beans and yogurt.

I did my Bible reading and notes. Gina and I played hand and foot, Gina was the winner. Alden came home a little earlier today. I did some computer puzzles and games. Evening meal was the remainder of my cup of noodles and a slice of bread.

I went outside in the front for one hour, weather was great. Afternoon nap. Computer games and puzzles. McKenna made dinner which was stew and green salad.

Paige finished house sitting for her boss. I received 6 pairs of compression socks. And yes, the day was cooler, and it seems like we are getting Fall weather. Evening meal was a fish stick, potato, beans and steamed greens. I did Bible reading and notes.

A short nap, the washing was dumped on my bed and I folded and sorted the items. I had a short nap, evening meal was a hotdog and a small slice of the cake. Alden and I played Hand & Foot and Alden won. He went to teach today and scheduled for the rest of the week, that will make 5 days for teaching this week.

Evening meal was mashed potato and gravy and beans. Alden and I played the brain game Rummy-Q, Alden won 2 games and I won 1 game. Last night Alan and I were on SKYPE.
I was up early to do some organizing and hand sewing. Breakfast was cold cereal, banana and coffee. Alden and I played the "brain game" which is Rummy-Q, to wake up our brain. Well of three games I won two games, so I guess that is OK for a 94 old buzzard. Lunch was mac. & cheese which Paige made. Paige was busy organizing the hall cabinets. She has been housesitting at her boss house. McKenna made Zucconi bread which is good. It has been overcast most of the day. I spent time looking for compression socks, I think I found the ones we like. Gina ordered some and we didn't like the ones she ordered so she is returning them. I did some computer games and puzzles.

Early this morning I changed my bed sheets and got together things for washing. Breakfast made by Alden was a waffle with blueberries, syrup, 1/2 banana and coffee. Lunch was fish sticks and potato. Alden and I played hand and foot Alden was the winner. He was not called for work today. I did some computer games. My washing came back so I folded and put away. Evening meal was fish sticks, potato and beans.
This morning was a small amount of cold cereal with my medicine as I will be going out for lunch. McKenna came to put my socks on. Candace came to pick me up to go to the Chinese buffet. She drove My car to the buffet as her rental was a jeep which would be hard for me to get in. We met Albert there for lunch. Had a great time and great food. Took a few pictures. So nice to get together with them. I came home and had a nap. Then checked the computer with messages and played a few games and puzzles.

Shortly after dad passed I made them smaller as they were for king size bed. That was something as I did it in the garage and feathers were flying all over in the yard. This evening Gina, Alden and I played "Hand and Foot"" Gina was the winner but we all came really close. This is a picture of my bed without the big feather pillows.

When I was little I started school the day after Labor Day. I remember making a new dress for the first day of school. Yes even when I was little I made my own dresses. My mother was a great seamstress, but I liked to make my own. Today breakfast was fried eggs and coffee. I did my computer things and my bible reading and prayer time. Lunch was a sandwich and fruit. Had a nap in the afternoon and computer games and puzzles. Evening meal was potato salad, toast and watermelon.

We had lunch which was a sandwich with lunch meat, cheese and lettuce and some fruit. I did some reading of Decision and prayer time. Had a nap and computer games and puzzles. Evening meal was fish sticks, sweet potato and fruit. Alden and I played Rummy-Q, I won 2 games and he won one game. I called Ethel and her computer is not working and she needs a new one but she doesn't know how to transfer things so I told her if she gets a new one usually they will transfer her things. She is doing good. I need to take some pictures to send on my blog.

Did some reading, had a nap and computer puzzles and games. Mckenna showed me some outfits which she received for little Emma Rose. Next month she will be here. Pray for her arrival and health. Today we viewed Braylin and she is very active she is 14 months old now. I received notice from OPM that they were taking money from my retirement for insurance for dad for over ten years so we got that settled and a rebate for it. Thanks to Alden for talking to OPM about that.
