Doing paper work

I made oatmeal with raisins and a banana for breakfast. I had to send a message to ASPM as I did not receive my homeowners paperwork for September. For lunch we had left overs from Denny's. Dinner was blueberry yogurt with extra blueberries and 2 fig cookies. I did reading of The Decision from Franklin Graham.

Warm day again

This morning Alan went to play tennis. We had cold cereal for breakfast. We left to go to Wells Fargo then to Wal-Mart to purchase a few things. Kind of funny when I pulled out of Wal-Mart I was behind a truck which had a sign NAVY every turn he made was where I was going and I said to Ethel I wonder if he is going to 7-Oaks and yes he pulled into the condo across the street from us. Well for lunch we had green salad, corn on the cob and chicken strips. Alan went to the pool and when he returned about 5:30 we went to Denny's for Dinner. O and I shaved Alan's back and shoulders before he went to swim. Alan and I went to the Post Office to send a letter to Angel for mission support

Not much today

I had a good night sleep. We had cold cereal for breakfast, for lunch I used all the fresh vegetables 2 eggs and cheese and fried together, it was too much so we ate the left over for our evening meal. We went to play cards, there was five of us. Then we watched the game shows.

Not so hot

Today the weather seems cooler which I like. I did some house cleaning. We had cold cereal for breakfast, chicken pot pie for lunch and Chicken chop suey for dinner. I went to the doctor for a 6:30 appointment to remove the wax in my ears and yes I can hear some better now. I have never had that done. I finished reading Proverbs which was the assignment from the pastor to read a chapter a day this month of Proverbs as there are 31 days and 31 chapters. I am a little ahead as this is day 28..

Alden & Alan here

This morning Alan told me that Alden called and said he is coming this morning and Alan had a appointment to play tennis. Well Alden got here about 9:15 am so we just had some time talking until Alan arrived about 10:30 am. They completed the tasks of cleaning the gutter of the front patio and the heater filter. Also they cleaned the back-up of the sink of my bathroom. At noon we went to Oscars for Mexican food. Then it was time to relax. The guys left around 3:00 pm to gulf and as of now they haven't returned. Alden is going to take the fan that died and see if he can fix it so it is his.

Hot again

Yes in the 90's again.This morning we went to ceramics. We made lunch then Alan drove us to SCRIPPS again for Ethel to have the stitches removed. On our return we stopped at Home Depot then we went to Cost-Co for gas. We rested until 5:00 pm then we went to Soup Plantation.

Hot Sunday

This morning we went to Church then we went to IHOP Ethel and I shared a omelet. Alan had his eggs sunny side up, hash browns, bacon and strawberry pancakes.There was dogie bag of pancakes.
Alan went to play basketball with Daniel. I had a nice long nap. For dinner tonight we had spare ribs, green salad and deviled eggs and cookies for desert. I had some time just talking with Alan. So great to have this time to just talk. The weather was in the 90's real warm.
