This day has been a good day the weather has been great, even I have been having pain in my left knee and hip, I try to do things so I will not feel the pain as I do not want to take too much pain killer medicine. Alden brought some real good pizza for my evening meal; they all went to church tonight. I seldom go to church anymore as it is hard for me to sit in the church very long, as I get so much pain.
you know, I have problem sitting for an hour and half at church too, my hip, the other one !!!
