Today is Monday July 27,2026 this morning at 7:00am I took two Ibuprofen after breakfast I had my shower. I did some reading of the Decision my lunch was chicken noodle soup and crackers, for dessert I had some strawberry jam on crackers for dessert was so good. This is Blog#2704
