For breakfast I made oat meal with raisins, for lunch was chicken strips, carrots, broccoli and left over garlic mashed potatoes. for dinner was peanut butter and jelly sandwich and celery stick stuffed with cream cheese desert was two fig cookies. Today we got our hair cut and went to play cards.
How about going for some exercise?
