Breakfast was grape nuts and banana. Reading and computer things. At noon I turned the AC on but it didn't kick in as it was still 77 in the house and I have it set at 78. Lunch was pizza and shrimp salad and cucumber which in marinated with vinegar and a dash f salt. The cucumber is from Alden's garden, it is GOOD. Snack was yogurt. Evening meal was lunch meat and cheese sandwich with cucumber and two fig cookies.
Cucumber with vinegar and salt... yummy!
