Good day Alden came

 After shower breakfast was cold cereal and banana. Bible reading and prayer time. Lunch was ham, potato salad and baked beans. I worked on cleaning the window ledges in the sun room.  Pizza was for evening meal. Alden came at 5:45 pm. He made his own sandwich. There was no game shows so we played hand and foot. I was the winner which was great as I have been in the cellar most of this year. But this is July my good month. Alden is staying over night and will get groceries tomorrow.
