Sunday

 Up and to my chair at 7:00 am. Room ready and to the kitchen at 9:30am. Alden had a bowl of fruit for my breakfast. Alden put on my socks and I went to my room to check the email. Alden wanted to play Rummy-Q and he was the winner. Lunch was chicken and yogurt. Nap was for the afternoon. I did some computer games. Evening meal was chicken, steamed greens and cookie.
