Beautiful weather

 Up this morning and to the kitchen for breakfast at 9:15am which was oatmeal with banana and raisins. Alan and I are doing great at eating all the leftovers. The frig. is looking quite bare. We expect Alden and Gina back here late Thursday night. Lunch was green salad and chicken soup. Alan was cutting his hair and I tried to help him but that was hard for me to do. I added my 2022 pictures to a DVD which I save in my safe. Evening meal was rice, green salad, grapes and a chocolate chip cookie which Paige made. Alan and I played hand and foot. and my score was only 200 paints less than Alan's.

Rain again

Up at 7:30am get dressed and to my recliner until 8:45am then for breakfast I had oatmeal, raisins and banana and coffee. I checked all the cards and I put ten decks of cards in each of the plastic card holders. Lunch was green salad. The rain came down and I had a nap. Evening meal was chicken noodle soup, crackers with peanutbutter.

 

Church today

 Up at 7:30am and get ready for church which had pictures of the largest church in the world and how it was built in a couple years with God's help, the pastor of this church was our speaker today and our pastor David Jeramiah visited his church in India. Then Alan and I went to IHOP for brunch. I had a nap this afternoon, Paige made dinner which was green salad, scalloped potatoes and chicken. Alan and I played "Hand and Foot" Alan won. Alan took my socks off and he prayed for my health as we are trying to get my medication done right.

A slow day

 Up this morning about 8:00am breakfast was oatmeal with raisins. I checked my computer and did reading and prayer time. Lunch was green salad and crackers. Afternoon was nap time. Paige made the evening meal which was baked potato with trimmings and green salad.

 

Dinner with Albert & Beatriz

 This morning I got up at 8:00am as I did not have much pain last night. My breakfast was cold cereal and coffee. Alan called that he was going to pick me up to go for lunch with Albert and Beatriz. When we came home I took a nap. My evening meal was blueberries with whipped cream. Alan and I played cards again tonight.

Played cards

 I was up at 7:00am and dressed and in my recliner until 8:45. Then I had oatmeal with raisins and coffee. Lunch was green salad. I did reading and prayer time. Paige made the evening meal which was chicken, rice and mixed vegies. Alan and I played hand and foot but we didn't get the cards mixed well so we only went through the 90's. I am praying for the family in Taiwan that they will be well.

Police stop runner

 Up early with a shower this morning. Breakfast was cream of wheat with raisins and coffee. Alan was out running latter this morning and the police called the runner "Alan you are supposed be in China." I thought it was police Andrew but it was police Chuck Price so those Alagata boys can't even go out running but what the police spot them. My lunch was a chicken wrap but I over cooked it and it was tough to eat. My evening meal was a green salad and crackers with peanutbutter.

Thank God for another day

 This morning I got up from another night of pain but maybe a little less pain. My breakfast was oatmeal with raisins and banana. I checked for blog replies. Evening meal was a green salad and a slice of toast. Tonight Alan went to Shadow Mountain for a men bible study. 

Pain last night

 This morning I got dressed at 7:00am and relaxed in my recliner. I had pain from 2:00am until 7:00am, I am taking 1 & 1/2 pill at about 10:00pm before I go to bed.  Alan did my washing and I folded and put it away. I took my little Christmas tree down and put my artificial orchard next to my recliner. Alan and I played "Hand & Foot" and I was the winner.

SHADOW MOUNTAIN CHURCH

This morning I was up early to get ready to go to the 9:00am Church service. After the service we went to the building where they had a FAIR, it was very nice and well organized. Then we went to IHOP for brunch. We came home and relaxed and had a nap. I had one of the pancakes with fresh blueberries on it for evening meal. I read the Decision magazine. I am now waiting for Alan if he wants to play "Hand and Foot".

Not much today

Breakfast was oatmeal with banana and raisins. Last night was painful even after using one and one-half pill. I will try again tonight and see what the result will be. Today was reading, computer things and nap. Here is a picture of our time at Marie Callanders.

 

Marie Callanders

This morning breakfast was oatmeal with raisins and banana and coffee. Alan and I went to Marie Callanders for lunch. We purchased the pie on sale this month which was Lemon marine pie. Then we went to Costco for gas and groceries. When we got home we took a nap then we had pie and played hand and foot and this is the first time I won but only by 250 points.

This is short

 It is late and Alan and I played hand and foot and Alan was the big big winner. Some rain tonight. I am starting the new medicine, so I will see how it works.

A great rest

 This morning I got up at 7:30 and got dressed and made my bed etc. I went to my recliner and can you believe next I looked at the time on my cell and it was 11:26am. This was the first time Alan went to play tennis with Albert and when he returned I was just then eating my breakfast. It looks like my prescription is finally ready at WalMart pharmacy. 

Rain Off & ON

Up this morning and to the kitchen for breakfast which was cream of wheat with raisins. Trying to get my medicine for night pain. It might get approved tomorrow. McKenna and Andrew are started moving in, Alan and I went to see how things are going so I will post some pictures of the progress.

Much activity

 This morning people are getting ready to go to the east coast. My breakfast was oat meal with raisins and coffee. Lunch was stew and crackers. They left about 11:00am. Alan moved his things from my room back to Alden's & Gina's room. I did reading the Decision magazine and resting. Evening meal was cheese, crackers and peanutbutter. Alan went for dinner with his friend and Paige & McKenna went line dancing. McKenna was busy today getting things together in their unit.

 

Rain today

 When Alan came back from his run he made each of us breakfast  of  eggs, cheese and vegies. We had a great rain shower. We played hand and foot and Alan really was the winner. we played with three decks and we ran out of cards, next time we will add another deck. Alan made a green salad for us and I had a slice of pumpkin bread. 

Thank God for this day

 I was up at 8:00am and went to the kitchen for my breakfast of oat meal, raisins and banana and Lovey's coffee. By the way you sent too much with Alan but Thanks. We spent several hours at Wells Fargo to wire money for Abby. We went to CostCo for gas and a snack of hotdog and pizza. Then trying to get some of my medication.

Busy day

 Up and dressed and to recliner then to kitchen and breakfast was cream of wheat with raisins and banana. The movers were here and Alan arrived. The evening ended with playing rummy-Q with Alan and he won.

Rain and more rain

 Up this morning at 7:30am dressed made bed and to my recliner for two hours. I made oatmeal with raisisns and banana. for my breakfast. Then to my room to check emails etc. Rested in my recliner. Lunch was left over and a boiled egg. It has been raining most of the day. Thank God Alan arrived in L.A. Evening meal was beef stew and crackers and a slice of pumpkin bread. Hailey asked if I want to play cards but it hasn't happened yet. Everyone is so busy.

Slow day

 This morning I was up at 7:30 and dressed made my bed then to my recliner until 9:50am. For my breakfast I made cream of wheat with raisins. Alden had already gone shopping at WalMart and Costco to get things for the Arrowhead trip. I did some things on my computer and reading. Lunch was a sandwich. I had time in my recliner and did not need the socks as my ankles were not swollen. Evening meal was a sloppy joe.

Shower this morning

After my shower this morning I went to my recliner and slept until 9:50. I made oatmeal with raisins for my breakfast. Alden put my socks on. Then checked the computer for emails etc. Had a good nap. Lunch was scrambled eggs made by Josh. The family left to meet McKenna's friend. They returned with in-n-out for evening meal. I seem to get cought up with sleep during the day time. 

 

Rested a lot today

 I was up at 7:00am and went to my recliner until 9:35am then I went to the kitchen and Alden made a waffle with banana and hot tea for breakfast. I went to my room to check computer things. Lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich. Alden, Andrew and Matt went to gulf and I slept the afternoon. I didnot feel like eating but I did eat a bit of rice, peas and carrots.

Reading and resting

 Up at 8:00am and changed my bed sheets ready to go for washing. Night pain was moderate. Breakfast was oatmeal with raisins and banana. Checked email and computer things. I did Bible reading and prayer time. Lunch was two eggs over easy on toast. I had a afternoon nap. Alden took down the Christmas lights. Evening meal was vegies, rice and shredded meat and ice cream.

Good sleep last night

 It was so good to sleep with no pain last night, I took the pill at 8:00pm and then another pill at 1:45am. I got dressed at 8:00am and went to my recliner and checked things in my room, then went to the kitchen and Alden made oatmeal with raisins and banana for me. I hope Alan can bring some coffee packets. This afternoon I helped Alden with removing Christmas decorations from the Family room and Living room. We played hand and foot.

Rain again

 I had much pain last night. Annie sent some new medication with Hailey and Matt, Name is TRAMADOL 50mg. I will start this medication at 8:00pm 01/03/2023. Thanks Annie and also thanks for the box of Raeses cereal. I did computer things and reading. Alden got the Smog check for my car today. Bralynn has been here and she has been so happy today.

Cooler day

 I went to the kitchen at 10:00am and breakfast was cream of wheat with raisins and banana. Braylinn was here over night as Hailey and Matt went to LA for the Rose bowl game. My lunch was chicken noodle soup with extra vegetables added to it. I did computer things and reading and prayer time. Evening meal was soup, crackers and grapes. Rain all day

 

I got dressed and went to my recliner at 7:00am and had a good sleep until 9:00am. I went to the kitchen for breakfast at 10:00am Alden made cream of wheat with raisins and coffee for my breakfast. I went to my recliner and worked on a Christmas puzzle book. Lunch was left over spaghetti. It was nice to have McKenna and Andrew here. I did reading and visit with them while Braylinn was here most of the day.
