Breakfast was cold cereal with banana and coffee. I did not have a good sleep last night as I was bothered with flem and had to sleep mostly in my recliner. Alden made a Dr. appointment for tomorrow after he comes from work. I did bible reading and computer things. Lunch was two eggs over easy on toast. Afternoon was a nap and computer things. Evening meal was green salad, cottage cheese and apple sauce.
My mom has phlegm too... and she stayed home today!
