Breakfast was oatmeal with raisins, banana and coffee. Time with Emma and McKenna put my socks on. Checked my computer things. Lunch was egg salad sandwich with fruit. Afternoon was reading the Decision and a nap. I did some computer games and puzzles. Evening meal was a hotdog with sourcrout, fruit and cookie.
Sauerkraut is very good for you.
