Breakfast was cream of wheat, banana and hot water, I am not having coffee for breakfast as I am on 8 cups of water a day. Alden had my feet soaked and he trimmed my toenails. Lunch was tunifish sandwich and chips. Alden made beef stroganoff in the crock pot for dinner, which was very good, Alden is a good cook. Today was Albert's 64th birthday so I left a Happy Birthday message on his phone. It has been warmer today so I had Alden put my room fan on low. Paige put Emma on the piano bench and Emma really pounded the keyboard.
Beef stroganoff... delicious!
