Not much sleep last night from pain until 6:00 am so I woke up at 8:30 am. Breakfast was cold cereal and banana. Ethel did the laundry. I worked on up dating things on the computer. Called Alden and he will help me to order Christmas things. We lost channel 463 on TV and that is the channel we get Jack Graham and Robert Jefferies for our Sunday Service. Well I called Spectrum and I couldn't talk to a person so I will wait for Alden to help. What would I do without Alden? He is my life saver. Lunch was fish tacos. afternoon snack was pecan pie. Evening meal was cottage cheese and fruit. Next was news and game shows.
Maybe Spectrum is getting 'liberal' and deleting any 'Christian' programming!
