Up at 6:30 am. Apply medication. Breakfast was cold cereal and Lovely's coffee, that is a must have. Check emails. Of course there is always make bed and all the little things to keep my room in order. I made a bowl of potato salad. Lunch was chicken, potato salad and broccoli and two fig cookies.. Afternoon snack was peach pie. Afternoon nap and computer games. Evening meal was pizza and a few craisins. Set clock ahead one hour.
