Nice to have Alden

 I had to go to my recliner for about four hours last night. Up and apply medication, but it doesn't help much. Alden went to Walmart for groceries and he went to the car wash, it looks like a new car now, it was all mud.. After we put groceries away I went over things with Alden as he wants to know how to pay bills etc. if I am unable to do it. I made a list for him and put on the list it how to find everything. I told him "don't worry". Next time he comes I will give him the list. For lunch we went to IHOP they are open inside now. Then Alden left to go home.  We did not have a snack or evening meal but we each had a half banana. Then it was news and game shows.
