Today is Wednesday July 1,2026 This morning at 9:05 I took 2 Ibuprofen had breakfast and lunch was soup and a slice of the cake that Alden made it was very good. Afternoon was reading of Decision and I took Ibuprofen at 3:40pm and will take some at 9:45pm to help me with my sleep. This is Blog#2678
