I put together my pills for four weeks and I did some computer games and puzzles. My lunch was soup and crackers. Afternoon was resting in my recliner and doing things on the computer.  Today is Saturday June 13,2026 this morning I took two Ibuprofen I played the game Rummy with Alden but my mind was not working very well. I guess it is showing my age so I guess you can see who was the winner. I seem to be lazy at times. Alden brought me my lunch which was a mixture of cheese, lunch meat, crackers, dill pickle and grapes. Today is Wednesday June 3,2026 This morning I had much pain in my back, so Aldeen gave me extra pain medicine which helped. After my breakfast I went to my room and rested in my recliner.  Today is Tuesday June 2,2026 Today I had a shower and I have been having a lot of pain of my back. It seems like the medication does not help very much. I pray that I will have some sleep tonight.
