Better sleep last night

I was out of the new pain medication for about 5 days and now I have the medication and I think that is why I had a better sleep I only had to go to my recliner one time for about one hour. Breakfast was cold cereal and banana. Bible reading and prayer time. Lunch was left over hot dish. Computer puzzles and games. Snack time was chocolate bark. Evening meal was fish, mashed potato and beans. Still no Lawrence Welk on TV.
