Another Day

I made oat meal with resins and blueberries and coffee for breakfast. I did my three times of applying the ice pack on my lower back. for lunch I made spaghetti and meat balls and green salad. For dinner I made chili and one half slice of toast and jello and a fig cookie. We played Rummy-Q. This evening we watched Larance Welk show.

  1. Ask the doctor for prescription for Mobic or diclofenac, they are more helpful than tylenol, and is not too strong
