For breakfast I made oat-meal with raisins and one half a banana.and Mocca coffee from Taiwan. For lunch chicken strip, baked potato and mixed veggies. For dinner three taquitos, mixed veggies, yogurt with blueberries. My eye is getting better and I slept quite well with out any pain medication.
