First time for several months to have 5 hours of sleep with no feel of pain. Breakfast was cold cereal with banana. working on projects. Lunch was mac & cheese and broccoli. I made jello with strawberries. No snack time. Evening meal was soup and bread sticks and jello with whipped cream. Doing Sudoku while watching news and game shows.
Excellent... NO PAIN!

ReplyDeleteSame that I have been using for several weeks 2 500 mg acetainophen & a couple drops of CBD. But less sleep last night.
