Breakfast was cold cereal and banana. Tidy up my room and check Blogs and emails. Viewed three messages on the TV. Lunch was sweet potato, fish sticks and mixed vegetables. Bible reading and prayer time. My snack time was a protein drink which Alden gave me. Computer games and emails. Evening meal was cottage cheese and toast, I tried a few slices of apple but no that is not good for me yet. There is not much on TV.
