Up this early this morning. One thing I started to do is microwave a bean bag for 30 seconds and hold it on my left knee makes the pain go away. My breakfast was oatmeal with raisins, banana and coffee. I viewed church services. Lunch cheese and crackers and grapes. Nap time for afternoon. Evening meal was cup of noodles.
