Breakfast was cream of wheat with raisins and hot water. Went to my recliner then McKenna came to help me with my shower. Check my computer for messages from my blog and email. Lunch was egg salad sandwich. Had an afternoon nap. Alden was teaching today. Evening meal was onehalf hamburger with broccoli and beans.
