March 30,2026

 Today is March 30,2026 at 8:30am I took 2Tylenal then I went for my breakfast then I went to my room to prepare for my shower which McKenna helps me with. After the shower I rested in my recliner for a short time. Then I checked things on the computer and I did some puzzles and games on the computer.  My lunch was a sandwich which was brought to my room. I did some puzzles and games on the computer and I had a nice afternoon nap, then it was dinner time with the family.
