May 20,2026

 Today is Wednesday May 20,2026 This morning at 9:40am I took two Ibuprofen. Alden trimmed my toenails which includes soaking my feet in hot water several times.  I relaxed in my recliner for a while. Evening meal was 1/2 hamburger and grapes. I will take two Ibuprofen and get ready for bed. This is Blog #2636

    ahhh you do take pain meds AM and PM. I am still taking some for my hip toooooooooooo
