Today is Sunday June 28,2026 I played Rummy with Alden, I took two Ibuprofen three different times today as my left hip and knee were very painful, I tried using the heating pad but that did not help very much, I am praying that I will be able to sleep tonight. My lunch was soup and evening meal was hot dog and ice cream. This is Blog #2675.
sometimes the ice is much better, try that next time
