Today is Thursday July 30,2026 This morning at 9:10am I took two Ibuprofen had breakfast of cold cereal. Visit with Candace and friend. Later on Debby and Kao arrived and visited and stayed overnight. I was having much pain so I took two Ibuprofen at 8:00pm. This is Blog#2707.
you can mix advil and tylenol for pain, should not have that much pain
