Today is Friday July 3,2026 at 6:40am I had 2Ibuprofen had oatmeal with raisins and banana for breakfast, played Rummy with Alden, had time in my recliner had time on the computer, lunch was scrambled eggs and grapes. Evening meal was soup and toast. This is Blog#2680.
Alden will come to take my socks off and give me two Ibuprofen and sleep pill before going to sleep.
