Today is Monday September 21,2026 this morning at 8:45 I took two Ibuprofen, went for breakfast and played rummy-q with Alden rested in my recliner and did some things on the computer like games and puzzles. My lunch was soup and crackers. Afternoon was a nap. Evening will be evening dinner with the family. This is my Blog #2709
