I had a bad night with pain. Finally I got up at 5:00 am and made my bed and rested in my chair and had time of prayer. After taking a shower I had my yogurt and coffee.
At 10:00 am we went to Prime Time the entertainment was Tony (Vocalist) the menu was Chicken Pot Pie, green salad Ice cream and cookie. Frank talked me into going to his chiropractor so I will try and go tomorrow. I have been doing a lot of exercise but I still have the pain. I think it is the sciatic and back problem.
Even with taking 6 Tynanols???
