Received CBD

I was able to stay in bed until 6:30 am. It was 49 deg. outside.  Did medication turned up the thermostat and had cod cereal for breakfast. The temp. went up to over 90 deg. so I think I will just not use the heater now. Alden called and said it was hot there and they used fans to cool off. Lunch was baked salmon, rice, and broccoli. Afternoon snack was chocolate bark. I received the CBD medication today but Alden said to wait until he comes tomorrow to start to use it. Evening meal was a vegetable salad. I had to call Spectrum to re boot the TV. Watched the game s
