A slow day

 Up at 5:50 am apply medication, get dressed, turn the thermostat up. I made cream of wheat with raisins and banana for breakfast. Make bed and check emails including Lovely's blog and remarks of my blog. I completed reading the Decision magazine. Lunch was mac & cheese, sweet potato and broccoli. Reading the life of John and Betty Stam as I knew Harry Stam's family very well when I was a nanny, Harry was John Stam's cousin. Harry and Alma Stam were missionaries in Africa. Snack time was peach pie with whipping cream. Evening meal was pizza next was news and game show
