Alden stayed over night. We had cold cereal for breakfast. Alden left at 10:30 am to shop and it started to rain. He picked up "In an out" for lunch. We put everything away and my frig is loaded.. Had to give Alden some of the groceries to take home. Mary called and informed me that Roselee put her house up for sale for 725,000 and in two weeks it sold for 800,000, she is moving to Arkansas where her two daughters live. We played "Hand and Foot" and had a small piece of the Costco cholate cake I sent half the cake home with Alden. No evening meal. Alden left about 5:30 to go home. Viewed game shows.
The homes in Seven Oaks are now 800,000US$! So, your condo must be about 570,000?
