Five hours of sleep

First time for several months to have 5 hours of sleep with no feel of pain. Breakfast was cold cereal with banana. working on projects. Lunch was mac & cheese and broccoli. I made jello with strawberries. No snack time. Evening meal was soup and bread sticks and jello with whipped cream. Doing Sudoku while watching news and game shows.

  1. Same that I have been using for several weeks 2 500 mg acetainophen & a couple drops of CBD. But less sleep last night.
